Digital Evidence in Cyber Crime - Conference

The Advanced Criminal Law Studies Committee organised a guest lecture by Advocate Nagendra Naik on 28th August,2023 for the current 5th year students of the law school. The lecture centered on "Digital Evidence in Cyber Crime." He explored the diverse dimensions of cybercrime, delving into the associated legal implications and the jurisdictional nuances. He offered a comprehensive analysis of critical sections of the Evidence Act and shared valuable insights into the newly proposed Bharatiya Sakshaya Bill.
